The challenge
Vulcan Telecom installs network cabling and business Wi-Fi, sells cloud phone systems and supports the IT of its long-time customers. The old website had no menu in the header at all – visitors could only find their way from the footer – most service pages were thin or generic, and the services the owner wants to grow were buried among dozens of IT pages.
What we built
We rebuilt the site around the services that matter most: network cabling and Wi-Fi first, cloud phones second, IT support for existing customers. Every old page kept its address and was rewritten in plain language, five Alabama cities got their own cabling pages, real Google reviews sit next to the matching services and quote requests arrive with the service and town already filled in.
