The challenge
Plumbing customers search in a hurry and almost always on a phone. Superior has great reviews and a loyal following – the new website had to put that trust and the phone number in front of people instantly, and let the office run coupons without calling a developer.
What we built
We put the phone, the ratings and the team photo on the first screen, built a coupon system the office manages itself (print, PDF, pick a coupon in the request form), an interactive house that explains common plumbing problems, and town pages with real local projects.
