The challenge
The old website was built for a content system that bots attacked day and night and that needed constant updates – for a site whose content hardly ever changes. The photos had no descriptions, the homepage had no search description and guests had to look for the booking links.
What we built
We rebuilt it as a fast static website: no login, no database and nothing for bots to break into. A warm photo grade ties the phone photos together, a “day at Emma’s View” story leads from the porch to the fire pit, every room has its own section and Book & Contact answers the usual questions before guests reserve. Old addresses lead to the new pages.
