The challenge
Patients come with pain and questions. The old site had no clear way to request an appointment and was missing legal pages required in Germany.
What we built
A new German-language website with condition and treatment pages written for patients, an interactive body map (“Where does it hurt?”), appointment requests that fit the practice’s workflow, a live open / closed bar and a light and dark theme.
